***When waking up the Endurance Lithium battery, please follow the required measures.
The battery must be initialised OFF of the gadget.
Plug in the battery box first, then the electrical outlet.
It can take up to 2 minutes to wake up the battery and then leave it to charge until the green light turns on to indicate full charge.
These are the steps that must be completed first before utilising the scooter.
If the scooter is idle for 25 days, it will enter shutdown mode and require the beginning steps to "wake" the batteries back up.
When batteries are supplied, they have instructions on top.

The scooter has a Comfort-Track Stabilization (CTS) system with front and rear shocks for a smooth ride over bumps and transitions. The wrap-around delta tiller is easy to operate for both left- and right-handed riders, eliminating hand pains on extended rides. Adjust the tiller to your liking, bringing it closer or further away from you for the best fit. Simply elevate the armrests or twist the chair to the side for easy entry and exit from the scooter.
The scooter comes in two colors: Garnet Red and Euro Grey, which can be easily changed with interchangeable shrouds.

- No returns accepted after 30 days; items sent beyond this period will be refused.
- Returned items must be in new condition, in original boxes, unused, undamaged, and include all paperwork, parts, and accessories.
- Damaged packages will be refused and returned to the sender.
- Standard shipping, expedited shipping, handling costs, and additional charges are non-refundable.
Return Shipping:
- Customers bear the responsibility for return shipping costs.
- Request a quote for a pre-paid label to minimize return postage expenses.
- The cost of shipping/postage will be deducted from the overall refund.
- Restocking fees (see below) apply, and Return Postage provided by [Store Name] will be deducted from the refund.
