Return Eligibility Criteria:
- The product must be in its original packaging, unused, and clean.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Submit a Return Request within 30 days of placing the order.
- Retain all packaging for 30 days; returns require items to be shipped back in their original box.
- An approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is mandatory for acceptance.
Important Points:
- Return Requests must be submitted through our returns center within 30 days of delivery.
- No returns accepted after 30 days; items sent beyond this period will be refused.
- Returned items must be in new condition, in original boxes, unused, undamaged, and include all paperwork, parts, and accessories.
- Damaged packages will be refused and returned to the sender.
- Standard shipping, expedited shipping, handling costs, and additional charges are non-refundable.
Return Shipping:
- Customers bear the responsibility for return shipping costs.
- Request a quote for a pre-paid label to minimize return postage expenses.
- The cost of shipping/postage will be deducted from the overall refund.
- Restocking fees (see below) apply, and Return Postage provided by [Store Name] will be deducted from the refund.
Restocking Fees: Restocking fees of 10% - 20% (see below) apply to most items returned.
Please note that returns should not be sent to our corporate address.

Non-Returnable Open Box Specials:
- Open Box Specials are considered final sale and are non-returnable.
- This policy includes products without any in-home service.
- Please inform us of any issues within 5 days of receiving the product for items purchased from the Open Box Deals collection.

Shipping and Processing Information for SeniorCareHouse
Processing Time:
- Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends).
- Many orders are processed on the same day if purchased before 1 PM PST.
Delivery Time:
- Standard Delivery Times: 2-6 Business days
- Expedited Delivery Times: 2-3 Business days
- Freight Delivery Times: 3-10 Business days (delivery scheduling is required)
Shipping Method:
- Small and Light: First Class or Priority Mail
- Medium to Large (under 100 lbs): Ground Shipping (UPS, FEDEX, Ontrac, USPS, GSO, Other)
- 100 lbs or more: Freight Carrier (Carrier may vary)
Additional Shipping Information:
- Shipping methods are subject to change based on the carrier we choose. Unfortunately, we do not have control over carrier delays.
- Business days exclude weekends, and there is no weekend delivery for any shipping method.
- Some items cannot be shipped using Second Day or Next Day due to size, weight, hazardous materials, and delivery address. These items will only have Standard Ground or Ship to Store available.
- Please note that orders may arrive in multiple packages with multiple tracking numbers if more than one item is ordered.
